I can hear beacon signal from HB4VF/B on 10.133.5 kHz clearly with RST 559 here in Ludbreg, Croatia, locator JN86HG, sunday evening GMT 18:30. My RIG is Yaesu FT-77 and homemade Long Wire antenna 43 m long, 7 m above the ground.

Hallo I received your signal quite well, but unfortunatly is on a frequency not allowed for generic Beacon stations, as IARU strongly reccomends. As you can read here:

Chapter 7.2
IARU Region 1
HF Managers Handbook V8.1 February 2009
7.2
It is recommended that that operation of unmanned beacons apart from those
already approved by the IARU Region 1 Coordinator is discouraged on all amateur
bands below 14 MHz, except where coordinated by the IARU Region 1 Beacon
Coordinator under one or more of the following conditions:
a) Beacons are related to scientific study, experiment or specific propagation
requirements;
b) Experimental and operating at very low power.

Please contact your USKA beacon manager and kinly check the IARU recommendations, we will be grateful for this.

Alle sollten sich an die Richtlinien der IARU Region 1 halten und keine Baken unterhalb 14 MHz in die Luft bringen. Es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten, die Ausbreitungsbedingungen zu studieren, ohne die knappe Ressource Frequenz zu strapazieren: z.B. RBN.
